This Privacy Policy is provided in English for Google Play and Apple App Store listing requirements. It applies to Lunera Games applications, including Cat Blocker, and our related websites and services.
1. Who we are
Lunera Games (“we”, “us”, or “our”) develops and publishes mobile and digital games. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use our games and related online services (the “Services”).

2. Scope
This policy covers:
- Our mobile games (including Cat Blocker) available on Google Play and the App Store
- Our website and any linked support or contact forms
3. Information we collect
We aim to collect only what is needed to operate, secure, and improve the Services. Depending on the platform, device settings, and features you use, we may process:
- Device and technical data — device type, operating system version, language, time zone, crash logs, performance diagnostics, and similar technical identifiers provided by the platform.
- App usage data — gameplay events, session length, level progress, feature usage, and in-app purchase status (not full payment card details).
- Identifiers — advertising or analytics identifiers where permitted by the platform and your settings (for example, Google Advertising ID or Apple’s Identifier for Advertisers / App Tracking Transparency status).
- Information you provide — if you contact us by email or form (name, email address, and message content).
We do not knowingly require you to create an account with a password to play our games, unless a future feature clearly asks you to do so.
4. Information we do not collect
- We do not sell your personal information.
- We do not request sensitive categories of data (such as health, precise continuous location tracking for marketing, or government ID) for gameplay.
- Payment card numbers are processed by Apple, Google, or other payment processors — not stored by Lunera Games.
5. How we use information
We use information to:
- Provide, operate, and maintain the games and Services
- Save progress, unlock content, and deliver purchases you make
- Diagnose crashes, fix bugs, and improve performance and balance
- Understand which features are used so we can improve the player experience
- Respond to support requests and communicate about the Services
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms
- Where enabled and permitted: show ads or measure campaigns via third-party SDKs (see Section 7)
6. Legal bases (where applicable)
If you are in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or a similar jurisdiction, we process personal data under one or more of: performance of a contract (providing the game), legitimate interests (security, analytics, product improvement), consent (where required for advertising/tracking), and legal obligation.
7. Third-party services
Our apps may include third-party services that process data on our behalf or under their own policies, for example:
- App stores and platforms (Apple, Google) for distribution, payments, and reviews
- Analytics providers (to understand stability and usage)
- Advertising or mediation networks (if ads are shown in a given build)
- Cloud or backend providers used to host save data or multiplayer features, if enabled
These providers have their own privacy policies. We encourage you to review them. Platform privacy settings (for example, App Tracking Transparency on iOS, or ad personalization settings on Android) control many of these practices.
8. Children’s privacy
Our Services are not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under that age. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will take reasonable steps to delete it.
If a specific game is rated for a younger audience or designed as a kids app, we will apply additional restrictions consistent with Google Play Families policies and Apple’s kids / parental gate requirements for that title.
9. Data retention
We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above, including legal, security, and accounting requirements. Support emails are retained as long as needed to resolve your request and for legitimate business records. You may ask us to delete information we control by contacting us (see Section 12).
10. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
11. International transfers
Your information may be processed in countries other than where you live, including where our service providers operate. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for such transfers.
12. Your rights and choices
Depending on your location, you may have rights to:
- Access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you
- Object to or restrict certain processing
- Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent
- Lodge a complaint with a data protection authority
You can also reset advertising identifiers and limit ad tracking in your device settings, and uninstall the app at any time to stop further local data collection by that app.

13. California and similar US state notices
We do not sell personal information as “sell” is commonly defined under the CCPA/CPRA. If we use advertising identifiers for cross-context behavioral advertising, you may opt out via device settings and by contacting us. We will not discriminate against you for exercising privacy rights.
14. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the Services after an update means you accept the revised policy, except where consent is required by law.
