Terms of Service
These Terms of Service are provided in English for Google Play and Apple App Store listing requirements. They apply to Lunera Games applications, including Cat Unblock, Purr Blocks, Cannon Clank and SRC Kurye Sınav, and our related websites and services.
1. Agreement
By downloading, installing, or using any Lunera Games app or visiting our website (the “Services”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. License to use
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use our apps on devices you own or control, solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment (or exam preparation, for SRC Kurye Sınav), subject to these Terms and the rules of the app store from which you obtained the app.
You may not:
- Copy, modify, reverse engineer, or redistribute our apps except as allowed by law
- Use cheats, bots, exploits, or unauthorized third-party tools to gain an unfair advantage
- Remove or alter copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices
- Use the Services for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes
3. Accounts and progress
Most of our games do not require a Lunera account. Progress and purchases may be tied to your device, platform account (Google or Apple), or cloud save features where offered. You are responsible for keeping your platform account secure.
4. Purchases and virtual items
Some apps may offer paid downloads, in-app purchases, subscriptions, or virtual items (for example, coins, lives, or unlocks). Payments are processed by Apple, Google, or other platform payment providers — not by Lunera Games directly. Their terms and refund policies apply to billing.
Virtual items have no real-world cash value, are licensed (not sold) for use in the app, and may not be transferred or redeemed for money except where required by law. We may change prices, availability, or features with reasonable notice where required.
5. Advertising
Free versions of our apps may display advertisements, including ads from third-party networks. Ad experience and personalization depend on platform settings and applicable consent requirements. See our Privacy Policy for how data relates to ads.
6. Intellectual property
The Services — including games, art, audio, text, code, brands, and logos — are owned by Lunera Games or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership of any rights to you.
7. User content and conduct
If a Service lets you submit feedback, reviews, or other content, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use that content to operate and improve the Services. You must not submit illegal, infringing, or offensive material.
8. Disclaimer
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
SRC Kurye Sınav is an exam preparation aid only. It does not guarantee exam results or replace official study materials or regulations.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lunera Games and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the relevant app or in-app purchase in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) fifty US dollars (USD $50), except where liability cannot be limited by law (including mandatory consumer rights in your country).
10. Termination
You may stop using the Services at any time by uninstalling the apps. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue a Service. Sections that by nature should survive (including intellectual property, disclaimers, and liability limits) will survive termination.
11. Privacy
How we handle information is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of your agreement with us where applicable.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the Services after an update means you accept the revised Terms, except where additional consent is required by law. If you do not agree, stop using the Services.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except that mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence may still apply. Courts in Ankara, Türkiye, have jurisdiction, subject to any non-waivable rights you have to bring claims in your local courts.
